We at Indivd are working to solve the immense sustainability issues within physical retail. One of the biggest issues is that visitors' behaviors are necessary to provide insights into which products the physical retailers should design and, and distribute.

In order to be able to build these insights, underlying customer data is required, which leads to major privacy issues. Our solution to this problem is a patented and marketing-leading anonymization method for image data which increases the ability to understand retail visitors while protecting customer privacy.

Responsibilities:

As our head of engineering you will work remotely, or in one of our offices, managing our backend- and frontend team and in close collaboration with our RnD team in building a scalable cloud first solution for our patented people counter and customer experience management platform.

Our R&D will provide you with optimised computer vision models and all necessary calculations to generate insights. The engineer team will be responsible for designing and managing a scalable data and computation pipeline scaling up to millions of video streams, GPUs and petabytes of data.

Requirements:

• Several years of experience in development of high performance systems

• MA/PhD in computer science

• Upper-intermediate English
